Chelsea is a native of central Illinois and earned a degree in Hospitality & Creative Entertainment Marketing from Columbia College Chicago. Her background extends from Marketing Direction in the Chicago restaurant scene and Sales & Operations Management for Restaurants America in Peoria, IL. Chelsea has been with Baxters since August of 2009 and is the current General Manager & handles all marketing coordination for Baxters.

Baxters has seen a major reform in the past few months with progressive changes under new ownership and management. New Owner Rod Burchett has taken Baxters to a level of sophistication and fun by embracing American cuisine and incorporating innovative techniques with extensive operational knowledge. Burchett holds 20 years of culinary and management experience in concepts from Los Angeles California to right here in the heart of Illinois. He believes in embracing seasonal menus & foods an keeping the dining experience exciting for the guest.
